This service provides hands-on, in-home organising support for NDIS participants who would benefit from assistance creating more functional and manageable home environments.
Sessions focus on helping participants simplify spaces, establish practical systems, and reduce overwhelm, making everyday tasks and routines easier to manage.
The goal is to support greater independence, comfort, and confidence within the home.

What happens during a session?
During your 4-hour or 6-hour session, we work together in your home to improve the functionality of key spaces.
Sessions may include:

Establishing clear storage solutions for belongings

Supporting decision-making about what to keep, store, or donate

Setting up systems that are simple and easy to maintain
Sessions are always delivered at a comfortable pace with calm, supportive guidance.
The focus is on practical outcomes that improve day-to-day living.
How many hours can I book?
Sessions are available in:

6-hour blocks
The number of sessions required will depend on your home, goals, and available NDIS funding.
This can be discussed during your Discovery Call or initial consultation.
Do you understand neurodivergent needs?

Do I need an initial consultation?
Not always.
You can begin with a complimentary Discovery Call to discuss your needs and determine whether this service is the right fit.
An initial consultation may be arranged if we need to assess the space or clarify goals before beginning organising sessions.
Do I need to prepare beforehand?
No preparation is required.
Seeing the space as it naturally functions allows me to understand what is and isn’t working so we can create practical systems that suit your lifestyle.
How is this billed through NDIS?
Sessions are billed using relevant NDIS-approved line items, depending on your plan and funding category.
Invoices can be provided for:

Plan-managed participants
If you are unsure how this fits within your plan, you can discuss this with your support coordinator or plan manager.
Will you purchase items for me?
Only if they are helpful for the organising systems being created, and only with your approval.
Any storage solutions or organising products will always be:

Invoiced separately
No items are purchased without your consent.
What happens after the session?
After the session you will receive:

The aim is to ensure the systems created are realistic and sustainable long-term.
Can carers or support workers be present?
Yes.
Family members, carers, or support workers are welcome to attend if this provides additional support and comfort during the session.

After that, I can continue working independently if needed. You will still receive a full summary and PDF guidance afterward.

Do you remove rubbish or donations?
